Nuestros servicios están diseñados para ayudar con las necesidades individuales según la edad, la discapacidad y la ubicación geográfica de los idividuos en nuestro sistema.
Admisión y Determinación de Elegibilidad
Cualquier persona sin tener en cuenta edad, origen cultural, o ingresos, que piense tener una discapacidad de desarrollo se recomienda que solicite servicios. Los individuos identificados como no elegibles son referidos a las agencias apropiadas dentro de la comunidad.
Coordinación de Servicios
El Coordinador de Servicios trabaja en sociedad con el individuo y/o la familia para desarrollar planes que se dirigen a las necesidades

Nolan
Nolan participates in the Disabilities Support Program (DSP) at Evergreen Valley College, which enables students with disabilities to access all aspects of the college community.
Nolan
He is pictured on the DSP brochure. Nolan is working on an AS degree in Business Information Systems. He also participates in an integrated community program through Lights of Hope, a SARC service provider.
Rosemary
Rosemary is a 28-year-old woman who had lived with her parents in Santa Cruz all of her life. Rosemary worked with Housing Choices and recently was accepted to the Water Street Apartments, an affordable housing complex where she now lives.
Rosemary
The complex is located close to transit, shopping and services, and most importantly to Clarity Arts in Santa Cruz, where she hopes to launch her career as a painter. Rosemary is pictured next to one of her paintings which hangs in the office of the Water Street Apartments.
