The Quality Assurance Advisory Committee meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the San Jose office of San Andreas Regional Center, located at 6203 San Ignacio Ave, Suite 200 on the 2nd floor.

The meeting begins at 5:00 p.m. and conclude at 6:30 p.m. The committee is made up of parents, vendors, consumers, Regional Center staff, State Council staff, and other interested parties.

Mr. Troy Hernandez is the current Committee Chairperson for the Advisory Committee and a member of the San Andreas Regional Center Board of Directors.
