Vendor Training: Restricted Health Conditions in CCFs
Learn about CA Title 22 regulations and SARC requirements for Restricted Health Conditions in residential homes and day programs licensed by DSS/Community Care Licensing.
This is a 3-hour training in person at the SARC San Jose Office.
Certificate for 3 Continuing Education Units will be available upon completion of the class and passing the post-test with 80% correct.
Space is limited- 20 people maximum at this time.
2 people per facility to allow for more agencies to attend.

Date: Thursday December 1st Time: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Please arrive early to have COVID symptom check and show your vaccination card and negative test results from that morning.
If you don’t have access to a antigen test kit, one can be provided for you, but arrive by 9:10.
Please do not attend if you have any COVID symptoms!
Location: 6203 San Ignacio Avenue, San Jose 95119 (back door, East parking lot).
