Special Incident Reports
Learn the basics about Title 17 requirements as well as SARC standards of practice for Special Incident Reporting.
This is a 3-hour training in person at the SARC San Jose Office.
Certificate for 3 Continuing Education Units will be available upon completion of the class and passing the post-test with 80% correct.

Bring a pen/pencil and a jacket or sweater. There will be a 10 minute break.
ONLY 2 PEOPLE FROM EACH FACILITY CAN REGISTER FOR A CLASS
This is to allow for people from other homes and agencies to attend. Each person registers separately and must have an email address.
