Vendor Training: Dementia and I/DD
Learn about the normal brain aging process compared to dementia. Signs and symptoms, diagnosis, how to recognize when there might be a problem and management of the condition in the I/DD population.
This is a 3 hour in-person class at the SARC San Jose Office.
Certificate for 3 Continuing Education Units will be available upon completion of the class and passing the post-test with 80% correct.
Space is limited- 20 people maximum at this time.
2 people per facility to allow for more agencies to attend.

Please arrive no later than 9:15 for COVID symptom screening. Park in east lot (not San Ignacio) and enter through the “back” door.
Take an at-home antigen test before you come. Bring a photo of the results and bring your vaccination card (photo or ecard is ok). Wear a mask please.
