About the Armando Alcaraz: Armando Alcaraz has 10 years of experience leading workshops and working with individuals, families and businesses. He has a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he graduated with honors. Armando has also been certified for mediation through the Santa Cruz Mediation Center and graduated from Interchange, an immersion counseling program in San Francisco.
