Learn about CA Title 22 regulations and SARC requirements for Restricted Health Conditions in residential homes and day programs licensed by DSS\/Community Care Licensing.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a 3-hour training in person<\/u> at the SARC San Jose Office.<\/span><\/p>\n

Certificate for 3 Continuing Education Units will be available upon completion of the class and passing the post-test with 80% correct.<\/span><\/p>\n

Space is limited- 20 people maximum at this time.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2 people per facility to allow for more agencies to attend. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Date: Thursday December 1st<\/u><\/strong> Time: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Please arrive early to have COVID symptom check and show your vaccination card and negative test results from that morning. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t have access to a antigen test kit, one can be provided for you, but arrive by 9:10.
