DESCRIPTION:Vendor Training: Assisting with Medications \nLearn about CA Title 22 regulations for assisting with self-administration of medications in licensed homes and day programs. Much of the information applies to unlicensed homes as well. SARC Best Practices and examples of a facility Medication Policy and Procedures will be provided. \n*This is a 6-hour training in person at the SARC San Jose Office.\n \nBring a lunch and drink- there will be a 30-minute break  \nCertificate for 6 Continuing Education Units will be available upon completion of the class and passing the post-test with 80% correct. \nSpace is limited- 20 people maximum at this time. \n2 people per facility to allow for more agencies to attend.  \n*Register each person separately \n\nDate: Tuesday November 15th Time: 9:30 am to 3:30 pm\n\n\nPlease arrive no later than 9:15 for COVID symptom screening. \nPark in east lot (not San Ignacio) and enter through the “back” door.  \n\nTake an at-home antigen test before you come. \nBring a photo of the results and bring your vaccination card (photo or ecard is ok). \nWear a mask please. \n\nLocation: 6203 San Ignacio Avenue\, San Jose 95119 (back door\, East parking lot). \n\nTo register please click on the link below and complete the form (one for each person attending)\, then click to submit. \n\nhttps://sanandreasregional.seamlessdocs.com/f/111522regformMeds
