FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS POST WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DENIAL OF ADMISSION TO THE DPNVO. \nRegistration is now open for February 2-4\, 2026\, for Residential Services Orientation (RSO). The RSO will be conducted in-person. Successful completion of the RSO is required for vendorization as a Residential Services provider. FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS POST WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DENIAL OF ADMISSION TO THE DPNVO. \nRegistration is now open for May 4-6\, 2026\, for Residential Services Orientation (RSO). The RSO will be conducted in-person. Successful completion of the RSO is required for vendorization as a Residential Services provider. Please note that registration through the link below alone does not guarantee admission to the RSO. \nTo register for the RSO\, please complete each of the following items: \n\nComplete the RSO admission request form using the link found at the bottom of this post.\nSend an email to Daisy Tena (dtena@sarc.org) that contains the following attachments in support of your request for admission to the RSO no later than 11.59 p.m. on Monday\, April 20\, 2026:\n\nAn updated copy of your professional resume\nAdministrator Certification from CCL (or provide verification of attending Administrator training)\nDSP Year 1 and DSP Year 2 Certification (if you are a new vendor\, this requirement does not apply.)\nA letter of intent that explains\n\nWhy you are interested in providing Residential Services to SARC-sponsored individuals\nYour background and experience working with individuals with I/DD\nThe county within the SARC catchment area in which you intend to provide services\nSteps you have taken in preparation to provide services to SARC-sponsored individuals\, and\nHow you will implement the HCBS Final Rule in providing services to SARC-sponsored individuals.\nYour Administrator’s Certificate (If you plan to operate a licensed day facility)\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEach of the described documents must be sent as a separate Word or PDF attachment to your email. Resumes or letters of intent included as in-line text in your email will not be accepted.
