DESCRIPTION:Vendor Training: Restricted Health Conditions in CCFs \nLearn about CA Title 22 regulations for caring for someone with certain medical conditions in licensed homes and day programs. SARC Policy/Procedure and how to work with an RN Consultant will be covered. \nThis is a 3 hour in-person class at the SARC San Jose Office. \nCertificate for 3 Continuing Education Units will be available upon completion of the class and passing the post-test with 80% correct. \nSpace is limited- 20 people maximum at this time. \n2 people per facility to allow for more agencies to attend. *Register each person separately \nDate: Tuesday\, January 24th Time: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm \nPlease arrive no later than 9:15 for COVID symptom screening. Park in east lot (not San Ignacio) and enter through the “back” door. \nTake an at-home antigen test before you come.
