The Residential Services Orientation class is now open for registration. \u00a0The dates for the class are February, 7th, 8th and 9th 2021<\/strong>. You must attend all three classes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To be registered you must complete the following items:<\/p>\n

  1. Register<\/li>\n
  2. Email a letter of intent to Rupinder Kaur at rkaur@sarc.org<\/a> and Ruby Hernandez at rhernandez@sarc.org<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Email a resume to Rupinder Kaur at rkaur@sarc.org<\/a> and Ruby Hernandez at\u00a0rhernandez@sarc.org<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The letter must include:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Why do you want to become a residential provider?<\/li>\n
    • What is your background and experience that prepared for this position?<\/li>\n
    • What steps have you taken with CCL (Community Care Licensing)?<\/li>\n
    • Please describe the level of service you wish to provide.<\/li>\n
    • How will HCBS Final Rule impact the way you are going to provide services?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      We will not accept any letters of intent or registrations after 11:59pm on, Wednesday, <\/span><\/b>January 19th, 202<\/span><\/b>.<\/strong> There are no waitlists. The next Residential Services Orientation will be on May 2, 3, and 4, 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Only two individuals per agency unless previously approved by the Community Services Unit Manager Ann Sieber.<\/p>\n

      By the end of Friday, January 28th, 2022 6PM<\/span> you will be receiving a confirmation letter or denial letter confirming whether or not you are in the class.
