The Residential Services Orientation class is now open for registration. \u00a0The dates for the class are May 2nd, 3rd, and 4th 2022. You must attend all three classes.<\/p>\n

To be registered you must complete the following items:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Register (registration link can be found at the bottom of the post)<\/li>\n
  2. Send a letter of intent to Ruby Hernandez at rhernandez@sarc.org<\/a> in a separate word document (letters of intent sent as emails will not be accepted).<\/li>\n
  3. Send a resume to Ruby Hernandez at rhernandez@sarc.org<\/a>\u00a0in a\u00a0separate\u00a0word document\u00a0(resumes sent as emails will not be accepted).<\/li>\n
  4. Send a copy of the Community Care Licensing (CCL) administrator certificate and Direct Support Professional (DSP) part 1 and part 2 certificates\u00a0to\u00a0Ruby Hernandez at rhernandez@sarc.org<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The letter must include:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Why do you want to become a residential provider?<\/li>\n
    2. What is your background and experience that prepared for this position?<\/li>\n
    3. What steps have you taken with CCL (Community Care Licensing)?<\/li>\n
    4. Please describe the level of service you wish to provide.<\/li>\n
    5. How will HCBS Final Rule impact the way you are going to provide services?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Please conduct a grammar\u00a0and spell check to your letter of intent. We will not accept any letters of intent or registrations after 11:59pm, Wednesday, April 13, 2022.\u00a0<\/o:p><\/p>\n

      There are no waitlists. The next Residential Services Orientation will be on August 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2022. Registration will be open in July and you will find the registration post in the month of August on SARC’s events calendar.<\/p>\n

      Only two individuals per agency unless previously approved by the Community Services Unit Manager, Ann Sieber.\u00a0<\/o:p><\/p>\n

      By the end of day Friday, April 22, 2022,\u00a0you will be receiving a confirmation letter or denial letter\u00a0via email\u00a0confirming whether or not\u00a0you are in the class.
