For service providers of San Andreas Regional Center only.<\/em><\/h2>\n

All day class (5 hours, plus 1\/2 hour for lunch break).<\/h2>\n

Learn the standard of practice for assisting an individual with self-administration of medications.\u00a0 Training is based on the DSP (direct support professional) training by DDS.\u00a0\u00a0Introduction to safe practices in Community Care Facilities\u00a0to help keep people\u00a0healthy in regards to their medications.<\/p>\n

Must pass the test with an 80% score in order to receive the certificate.\u00a0\u00a0 5 CEUs for this class.<\/p>\n

Bring a pen or pencil.\u00a0 Bring your lunch and a drink or cash to purchase snacks from vending machine. <\/strong><\/p>\n

You may need a sweater or jacket.\u00a0 Wear your glasses if you need them!<\/p>\n

Maximum of three people per facility\/agency to attend any one class in order to leave space for others. Please enter information of each person attending when you register!<\/p>\n

Class time is 10:00 am\u00a0\u2013 3:30 pm. Doors close at 10:10!<\/em><\/h2>\n

Half hour lunch break\u2013please bring your own\u00a0 lunch or cash for snack or drink from vending machine.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bring ticket printout with you, or show us the email on your phone or tablet.<\/p>\n

Take elevators to 2nd floor and wait in the lobby until check-in time. No need to sign in at Reception Desk.<\/p>\n

Getting to the office: From Hwy 85 take Great Oaks Blvd south, turn right at San Ignacio, then turn right at first driveway.\u00a0 Please allow yourself enough time to get through the traffic.

Bus line 42 drops you off at San Ignacio and Great Oaks.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
