DESCRIPTION:Signs and Symptoms of Illness and Injury \nLearn about observing the people you serve\, recognizing health problems\, notifying authorities\, and documentation. \nThis is a 3-hour training in person at the SARC San Jose Office. \nCertificate for 3 Continuing Education Units will be available upon completion of the class and passing the post-test with 80% correct. \nDate: Tuesday June 28 \nTime: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm \nPlease arrive early to have COVID symptom check and show your vaccination card. \nMASK IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES \nPlease do not attend if you have any COVID symptoms! \nLocation:  6203 San Ignacio Avenue\, San Jose 95119 \nPlease wait outside at the back door. \nBring a pen/pencil and a jacket or sweater.
