Special Incident Reports March 2020

Description

Learn about the Special Incident Report process–part of your responsibility as a Regional Center vendor, per Title 17 regulations.  

What is a special incident, review of types of incidents, how to download and complete the form, how to follow up, importance of communication.

Class time is 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.   Doors close at 9:40!

 Please remind staff that they are registered to attend!

Take elevators to 2nd floor and wait in lobby. No need to sign in at Reception desk.

Bring a pen or pencil and your glasses to class. Bring a snack and a drink if you’d like.  A vending machine is available for purchase of snacks and drinks if you prefer.

Must pass the test with 80% score in order to receive certificate. 3 CEUs

Maximum of 3 people can attend per facility.  Please enter name of each person attending when you register! Bring the ticket printout or show us the confirmation email on your phone/tablet.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Highway 85, Great Oaks Blvd exit, then south to San Ignacio Avenue.  Right (west) on San Ignacio, first driveway on the right is the building. Take elevators to second floor.

Bus line 42 stops right in front of the building.
