- The budgets for Community Care Facilities (CCF) reflects any increase/change in State Security Income/State Supplemental Payment (SSI/SSP) funding for the year. SSI/SSP increases are typically effective on January 1st, and any change will be offset by a reduction in the supplement amount provided by the regional center. An increase in SSI/SSP will also increase the monthly amount of personal and incidental benefit (P&I) effective January 1st. Notices for all changes in benefits are provided by Social Security Administration.

E-Billing is a process that allows service providers to complete invoices over the Internet for automated processing and payment. This expedited process helps to insure that invoices are prepared accurately and payments are received more reliably.
