Hello San Andreas Service Providers,

Regional Center service providers vendored prior to July 1, 2017 received a rate increase per Assembly Bill (AB) X2 1. A percentage of the rate increase was targeted for the purpose of increasing wages and benefits for staff who spend a minimum of 75% of their time providing direct services to consumers. All providers who received such rate increases are required to provide information to DDS via a survey. The purpose of the survey is to provide documentation that the percentage of the rate increase going toward the increase in employees’ wages and benefits was indeed provided to the service provider’s employees. The survey is to be completed no later than October 1, 2017. If the survey is not submitted on or before October 1,  the service provider’s rate increase will be forfeited.

The survey is to be completed via an online portal. To get you started, here is a link to the registration-authentication page of that portal: https://www.evoconportal.com/CADDS/authenticate.php This is the starting point for completing the online survey. Attached is a user manual which will help service providers complete the online survey.

DDS and the company providing the online portal, OIG Compliance Now, will host three webinars to provide training for service providers on the mechanics of accessing and completing the survey. The dates of the webinars are:

  • Tuesday, July 25, 2017, 3:00 pm
  • Friday, August 4, 2017, 1:00 pm
